Loving Your Own Soul

Dec 6, 2020

Today we are joined by Dan Olson (my love!) for a soulful conversation about the evolution of our relationship together and our own individual journeys of growth. We open up the conversation with how our relationship started and a glimpse into what we’ve experienced as a couple, before diving into our uniquely incredible wedding day. Together we wanted to recap our wedding solely for the intention of inspiring you to go outside the box if that feels right, to not be afraid to follow your intuition, and to keep every experience original to you and your partner.  We feel that our wedding now serves as a beautiful symbol of the beauty of trusting yourself, letting go, and living presently in the moment.  And not to mention allowing your inner child to come out and play.

We go on to discuss Dan’s health transformation, what 2020 has taught both of us and where we are looking to go in the future as both a couple and individual beings. Dan brings forth so many positive messages about mental health, mindfulness, making changes, power of free will, and carrying a positive outlook through the dark moments of life, all while understanding that everyone’s tanks are different sizes. You’ll want to listen through to the end as Dan flips the mic on me and becomes the interviewer with a couple of his own “loving your own soul” questions.  This episode holds so much truth, inspiration, and light. It is truly one of my most favorite to date and is equally symbolic of where I’m looking to take the podcast in 2021. I hope you enjoy this insider's look to the most incredible man I could have ever dreamed up to becoming my partner for life!
